Win is a principal crowd and transport planner who has worked on a diverse range of projects using crowd microsimulation modelling software and has experience producing detailed transport assessments during his time at Crowd Dynamics.

Using specialist microsimulation modelling software, Win has analysed pedestrian movement and interaction across event spaces, transport concourses, public realm masterplans and public attractions, to aid in the optimisation of designs to produce safe, efficient and accessible spaces for the movement of people. He leads the company’s LEGION modelling on complex projects such as Dubai EXPO 2020, Lusail Stadium and Tower of London.

Win has previous experience in an engineering capacity, having held system engineer and PCB inspector roles working at Thales, AEI Group (Icon Electronics) and CT Production, and has been involved on projects such as London taxi meters, Airbus in-flight entertainment and Siemens traffic light systems.

Win has strong skills in: strategic crowd movement; crowd modelling; preparation of transport and planning reports; and data management and analysis.

 

When Win isn’t travelling , he plays football and badminton, is involved in raising money for charity.
