The venue comprised a 5,000 capacity theatre with split use, a 1,500 capacity alternative building and hotel.

Crowd Dynamics provided an assessment of proposed venue design, covering all aspects of logistical crowd and vehicle movements. The project included internal dynamic modelling assessments, considering simultaneous events with separation requirements, external crowd movements, and design of a shared space taxi rank next to the main entrance ways. The assessment included recommendation of crowd management principles to accompany the design.
