Riyadh International Book Fair is the largest yearly cultural event in the Middle East. The event facilitates and promotes exchange between authors, publishers and the public from around the world. It lasts for 10 days, and was visited by some 500,000 visitors.

The Riyadh International Conference and Exhibition Centre was the 2016 venue. Alongside ADD Enterprise, transport strategies for the event were put in place, developing a new shuttle bus system to enable more car parking spaces further from the venue to be used. The system was managed well by ADD’s trained staff, following the developed strategy.

Queue systems, signage and crowd management procedures were in place inside and outside the venue to ease the large flow of visitors to and around the event. The event operation was guided by our expert team during the event, and was a highly successful event and safe operation.
