Crowd Dynamics provided strategic transport advice to the City Council as part of the City Centre Action Plan process. We proposed a series of transportation principles and scenarios for testing and consultation. We substantially rebuilt and upgraded the City Council’s Paramics traffic model to enable detailed testing of key scenarios. In the Haymarket area, we developed a strategy to greatly improve pedestrian connectivity to the university whilst maintaining bus and general vehicle access times.
